8:00am – 5:00pm (overnight travel as needed), hours can vary
Wage Rate:
Exempt We are looking for a motivated hands-on Technician Product Support Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and customer service focused. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-quality manufacturing organization where office skills, teaching ability and mechanical skills intersect. You will assist the sales team in ramping up new dealers and their installation team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop dealer training programs
- Conduct training of dealers, in person, or through Teams/Zoom meetings
- Resolve on-site product issues via phone, FaceTime or in person as needed
- Track warranty returns to identify quality issues from suppliers
- Update written procedures & draft technical bulletins
- Communicate product problems and solutions to Product Development & Operations team
- Project a positive company image through proper attire, exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service
- Review and comment on all instructions, videos, website, dealer app and more as it relates to product information
- Develop training and product videos with assistance of the Marketing department
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Very good electronic & mechanical experience/aptitude Good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong teaching skills Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and reliable transportation Skills /
Abilities:
- Professional in customer interactions while displaying patience
- Able to handle and solve new challenges, demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
- Possess a “can do” attitude as a team player who is willing to go above and beyond for our customers
- Be very “hands-on” with understanding various company products
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is helpful

$50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
