Sort professional product defects at a minimum of 1,000 products per hour. 4. Sort OTC products defects at a minimum of 3,000 products per hour. 5. Assemble and roll up OTC products as per production requirements. Inform Laminator Operator and/or Supervisor of observed process deficiencies and product defects or abnormalities. 7. Separate all non-conforming products during production. 8. Count defective product by type of product. 9. Stack good product in production bins. 10. Discard defective products in the rejected bins. 11. Complete paperwork for your production bins and rejected bins.
