Product Strategy :

Develop and execute a product strategythat aligns with the product vision, north star and businessobjectives. Assess customer needs, market trends and competitivelandscape to identify new product oppotunities and driveinnovation.

Customer Focus:

Champion a customer-centric approach.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, anduse cases through customer interviews, market research and dataanalysis. Use customer insights to drive product innovation anddeliver solutions that surprise and delight.

Product LifecycleManagement:

Own entire product lifecycle from concept to launch andbeyond. Help define product requirements, create detailedspecifications, and drive execution. Monitor product performanceand user feedback to iterate and enhance product offerings overtime.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a liaison between productmanagement, executive leadership, and other functional areas of theorganization. Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmapupdates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-inacross the organization.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor industrytrends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Usemarket intelligence to inform decision-making, identify growthopportunities, and mitigate potential risks.

What you bring to thetable:

7 years of experience in product management roles, with aproven track record of driving successful product initiatives.

Ability to take an ambiguous problem, create a product strategy, anaccompanying product roadmap, prioritize features and deliveragainst it. A strong portfolio of shipped products that blend anunambiguous focus on customer needs with operational realities andplatform capabilities. Demonstrated success using a combination ofquantitative and qualitative data to identify highest-impactopportunities. Exceptional interpersonal skills; adept at engagingindividuals across all levels professionally and at all altitudes.

Compelling communication skills – success as a storyteller withstrong written, verbal and presentation skills. Executive presence,with abilities to influence and build trust with executivestakeholders/sponsors. Experience using human-centered design as aproduct framework.
