Job Title:
ServiceNow Developer – Cloud Accelerate
Location:
Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate.
Develop ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solutions while adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose creative solutions.
Communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
Contribute to clear documentation and high-quality, scalable, reusable code.
Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in ServiceNow and ServiceNow product implementations.
Experience with ITOM Cloud Accelerate.
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Comfortable leading a team of junior engineers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Ansible development and Python.
ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
