Product Manager, Gypsum Core
WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
What’s the job? Responsible for overseeing the development, management, and strategic direction of our Gypsum Core categories Successfully support Retail growth by collaborating with our Retail team, training, providing product and customer knowledge Work with R D on incremental and NPD product developments Continually develop the strategy for Core growth Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs Manage the entire product lifecycle Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical Services/Code and Compliance to ensure product success and alignment with business objectives Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product offerings and specifications meet their needs Continually work with Technical Services and Code and Compliance to ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
What do you bring? A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or other industry related degrees Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments and to effectively lead without authority Strong project management skills that can effectively drive projects, motivate cross functional teams Portfolio maintenance and product lifecycle management
