The Opportunity:
The Product Development Team maintains Keystone’s core values and supports business goals by creating new products and improving the performance, cost, and/or quality of existing products. The Associate Product Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our product portfolio, focusing on technical inquiries, spec sheet updates, compliance paperwork, and cost optimization. This position will possess a strong understanding of lighting products, industry standards, and project coordination. The Associate Product Manager collaborates cross-functionally and contributes to enhancing Keystone’s product offerings, streamlining processes, and driving customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:
Handle complex technical inquiries from customers, providing in-depth product and market knowledge Assist Product Manager in research and development initiatives in line with established product roadmap plan Serve as a point of escalation for questions beyond the scope of the product support team Review and proof artwork to ensure accurate representation of products Collaborate with Production Artist(s) to align messaging on spec sheets and instruction sheets with lighting industry standards Take ownership of updating and standardizing product specification sheets to reflect accurate and up-to-date information Lead initiatives to revisit pricing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal pricing and profitability on existing products Proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement for existing products Manage compliance paperwork for prominent Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) Collaborate with the OEM side of the business, providing support for custom product inquiries and projects Work closely with Marketing to ensure the company website is current and updated with existing products and new products Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Planning, Inventory Control, IT, and Marketing) to accurately reflect stock status, discontinued items, and other relevant information What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field 0-2 years of experience, lighting industry and familiarity with LED fixtures preferred but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel Ability to be a positive team player Capable of communicating with multiple departments throughout the day Keen attention to detail Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of lighting industry and lighting products preferred Strong technical acumen and ability to comprehend complex product specifications Please note that we do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
