You will work alongside a starteam from engineering, data science, computer vision, research &design, marketing, operations, legal, sales & customer success in afast-paced, rapidly growing, technology environment to buildintelligent experiences to shift behavior and drive ROI-positiveimpact for customers.

What You’ll Do:

As a Director of Product, youwill play a leadership role in developing and implementing astrategic vision for Motive’s AI-powered safety products Conductmarket research, analyze competitor landscapes, and stay ahead ofindustry trends to maintain Motives competitive edge in AI-drivensafety solutions. Spearhead the development and launch ofcutting-edge AI features, ensuring the highest standards of qualityand performance Partner closely with engineering, data science, andcomputer vision teams to navigate technical complexities anddeliver exceptional product outcomes. Deeply understand customerneeds and pain points, translating them into innovative solutionsthat maximize the impact of Motives safety products. Be bold andstrategic in identifying product improvements and new growthopportunities Partner closely with our Sales team to engage oncritical strategic accounts and trials Strive in a player/coachrole and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptionalproduct outcomes while rolling up your sleeves and maintaining ahands-on approach to project execution Demonstrate proficiency innavigating the technical complexities of the product, spanningsoftware, hardware, AI, and data domains Work closely with otherproduct managers, within and outside of Safety, to develop andimplement the product strategy Collaborate with GTM teams todevelop sales strategies and marketing campaigns Analyzeperformance metrics to measure the success of product launchesActively contribute to an amazing work culture

What We’re LookingFor:

8 years of Product Management experience, with provenexperience in launching and scaling commercially successfulsoftware products in a B2B SaaS environment Hands-on productmanagement experience in a complex technical environment involvingIoT, AI/ML, and an integrated hardware and software stack Proventrack record in developing and scaling products that specificallyutilize computer vision and machine learning High customer empathy,with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers Be data-driven;you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back upassumptions and opinions You are comfortable and confident sharingyour thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engageconstructively in debate and discussion with different personalitytypes and seniority levels. You are a trailblazer who is humble,kind, and open to learning new stuff. You can take a stand yetcommit even when you disagree. You have a strong bias to action(aka hustle) and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. Haveenough technical knowledge to gain the respect of engineersExperience working effectively with remote/offshore teams PayTransparency Your compensation may be based on several factors,including education, work experience, and certifications.
