Title and SummaryOverview:

Mastercard’s new Services organization integrates ourinnovative product offerings across Customer Acquisition &Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, andOpen Banking. This structure lays the foundation to maximize ourcapabilities and accelerate growth. The Security SolutionsOrganization (SSO) aims to drive synergies across the broaderServices Organization. Many of our solutions are complementary, andpairing them unlocks revenue opportunities while delivering morevalue to our customers. As a Director in the Solutions Architectureteam, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ourServices business. Your responsibilities will include collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic alignment,explore synergies, and assess new products for potential overlapswith existing solutions to enhance our offerings and meet customerneeds. This role reports to the Vice President of Connected ProductDevelopment for Solutions Architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Partnerwith Global Products and Regional Security Solution teams toidentify and implement synergy opportunities that drive growth andoptimize Security Solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams (e.g., product, commercialization, business integration,engineering, and other Service units) to understand business andtechnical requirements, ensuring alignment with partnershipstrategies and business objectives to support the architecture teamin building effective solutions.
• Assist in organizing andprioritizing requirements to ensure clarity and alignment withstrategic objectives.
• Support the solutions architects byproviding clear, concise information and assisting in solutiondesign discussions.
• Help track and communicate progress ofrequirement-gathering tasks across teams.
• Support the creationand maintenance of documentation, reports, and presentationspertaining to project requirements and architectural frameworks.
• Partner with enabling functions such as commercialization,marketing, pricing, finance, and insights to support successfulregional execution and scaling of synergy initiatives.
• Facilitateongoing communication, build awareness, and gather feedback on SSOServices synergies from stakeholders to ensure continued alignmentand engagement.
• Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of marketshifts and emerging opportunities to inform and shape the futureroadmap.

Qualifications :

• Consulting background with a proventrack record in strategy and complex program delivery.
• Understanding of the Payment industry, Cyber and Fraud trends, andmarket insights.
• Working knowledge of product lifecycle, productoptimization, and performance management, as well as a goodunderstanding of relevant technology platforms.
• Strongcommunication and organizational skills.
• Ability to workcollaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Basicunderstanding of solution architecture or technical concepts is aplus.
• Ability to see the big picture as well as perform deepdives into the subject matter.
• Strong interpersonal skills – theability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.securitysolutions
