Position Overview:

The product marketing team distills complextechnologies into clear customer stories that communicate ourbenefits and then works with marketing and sales teams to ensurethey are leveraged to drive demand. We develop awesome marketingassets, measure our success, and look for ways to improve. Wejuggle multiple priorities and execute high-quality deliverablessmall and large. We seek an experienced, energetic, results-drivenstoryteller to bring our industry-leading Data Platform to life forcustomers, analysts, and sales teams. As a Technical MarketingManager, you will combine your technical expertise with yourmarketing acumen to effectively communicate the value and benefitsof our products to both technical and non-technical audiences. Youwill collaborate closely with cross-functional teams includingproduct management, sales, and marketing to develop effectivego-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging andpositioning, and drive demand-generation efforts. Youre anexperienced technical professional who is ready for the challengeof joining a fast-growing company. You are creative, resourceful,and goal-oriented. You enjoy the ability to deliver clear writtenand visual material to tell outstanding stories that inspirecustomers to buy your products and influencers to write about them.

You are familiar with cloud storage technologies and how best tocommunicate their benefits to various audiences.

ResponsibilitiesInclude:

Develop and execute product marketing strategies andcontent to position our cloud-native data solutions effectively inthe market. Create high-quality technical content, includingwhitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, videos, andtechnical documentation, to educate and engage our target audience.

Develop and deliver compelling product presentations anddemonstrations, both internally and externally, to showcase thecapabilities and benefits of our cloud data storage solutions.

Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and salesteams to understand product features, capabilities, and competitivedifferentiators, and translate them into compelling marketingmessages and value propositions. Enable the sales team with thenecessary technical training, tools, and resources to effectivelyposition and sell our cloud data storage solutions. Work closelywith the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools,training, and support to sell and position our AI and ML datastorage solutions effectively. Collaborate with demand generationteams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging bothinbound and outbound marketing tactics, to generate leads and drivecustomer engagement. Create and ensure the successful execution ofthe go-to-market strategy across the larger marketing team Stay upto date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and bestpractices in cloud data storage and related domains, and sharerelevant insights and knowledge with internal stakeholders. PrimaryQualifications You have over 5 years of experience in productand/or solution marketing Proven experience in technical productmarketing, product management, or related roles within the cloudstorage or data management industry. Deep understanding of clouddata storage technologies, architectures, and industry trends,including knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)and storage protocols (object storage, block storage, filestorage). You are a storyteller able to break down complex conceptsinto simple and clear terms and a strong writer and visualcommunicator Strong technical aptitude and the ability toeffectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience increating a wide range of content, such as webinars, whitepapers,case studies, blog posts, and videos. Experience in developinggo-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging fortechnical products. You have demonstrated ability in launching andgrowing innovative technology products through the productlifecycle Passion for technology, cloud computing, and datastorage, with a customer-centric mindset. You have a bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, MBA oradvanced degree a plus. The WEKA Way We are
