Weare looking for a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Directorof Product, Client Growth, who can lead strategic projects anddevelop an exciting new area of our product. You have experiencebuilding product experiences that people love and are passionateabout improving healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Define the productvision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for both existing andyet-to-be-developed products and features. Work with design,engineering, data science, client success, general management,sales, and other partners to prioritize features and ship productsacross the full product lifecycle from idea, design, specification,metrics definition, development, launch and beyond. Understanduser/client needs using both quantitative and qualitative tactics.
Partner with go-to-market teams to design and prioritize solutionsthat simultaneously address member problems, increase healthcareaccess, and reduce costs for members and clients.
Qualifications:
5years of experience as a Product Manager, with experiencedelivering high-impact products throughout the lifecycle. 5 yearsexperience working with engineering, design, and data science teamsdeveloping software products and technologies. Experience drawingrelevant insights from ambiguous data and experience defining andmeasuring product metrics. You have deep empathy for end-users, andkeep them and their needs at the center of the product. You have asolid understanding of the technical foundations of internet andmobile products that enables you to communicate with and earn thetrust of engineering partners. You have a strong point of viewabout what makes products great, informed by research, productsense, and understanding of the business. You have experiencecommunicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiencesboth internally and externally. You excel with collaborativeprojects that involve all levels of an organization.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements Prompt and regular attendance atassigned work location. Capability to remain seated in a stationaryposition for prolonged periods. Eye-hand coordination and manualdexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-relatedequipment. No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertionof about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may berequired. Capability to work with leadership, employees, andmembers in an appropriate manner. The United States new hire basesalary target range for this full-time position is:
Zone A:
$128,130•$180,990 equity benefits
Zone B:
$140,943•$199,089equity benefits
Zone C:
$153,756•$217,188 equity benefits
Zone D:
$166,569•$235,287 equity benefits This range reflects the minimumand maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based ontheir respective Zone. Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-relatedfactors, unique to each candidate, which may include education;training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications andlicensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizationalconsiderations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zonesunique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fairand great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
