(Full-time, reporting to the AssociateDirector of Product Management) We are seeking a Senior ProductManager to join our Platform Pod, specializing in FedRAMPcompliance and internal tooling. This role will be instrumental inensuring our platform meets stringent security and regulatoryrequirements while enhancing internal tools that improveoperational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highlycollaborative and technically proficient product manager whothrives at the intersection of security, compliance, and platforminfrastructure. What you’ll be doing: Lead the product strategy androadmap for FedRAMP compliance initiatives and internal toolingimprovements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatoryrequirements. Collaborate closely with security, compliance, andengineering teams to define and execute the roadmap for achievingand maintaining FedRAMP authorization. Own the development andenhancement of internal tools that drive operational efficiencyacross internal teams (e.g., eligibility, developer operations, andinternal admin tooling). Define and track key success metrics,ensuring progress on compliance initiatives and usabilityimprovements for internal stakeholders. Translate complexcompliance requirements into actionable product developmentpriorities and work with engineering to implement necessarychanges. Engage with internal stakeholders, includingcustomer-facing teams, to understand pain points and continuouslyimprove platform capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert onFedRAMP-related product work, providing guidance across teams andensuring documentation is up to date. Stay up to date on industrytrends and evolving compliance requirements, proactivelyidentifying opportunities for innovation and risk mitigation. Whatsuccess looks like in this role: Achieving and maintaining FedRAMPauthorization within the expected timeline. Improving operationalefficiency by streamlining internal tooling, reducing manual workfor internal teams. Increasing adoption and usage of internaltooling by key stakeholders, measured through engagement metrics.

Driving measurable improvements in platform scalability andperformance for internal operations. Delivering roadmap initiativeson time and within scope, with clear impact on business goals.

Whatwe expect from you:

5 years of experience in product management,with a focus on platform, security, compliance, or internaltooling. Strong understanding of Fed

RAMP, SOC

2, HIPAA, and othersecurity/compliance frameworks (direct FedRAMP experience isrequired). Experience working on technical platform products in aSaaS or cloud-based environment. Proven ability to collaborate withengineering and security teams to deliver complex technicalproducts. Strong analytical skills with a track record of usingdata to inform decision-making. Excellent communication skills,with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Comfortable navigating ambiguity anddriving clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experiencewith internal tooling development and stakeholder engagement acrossmultiple teams is a plus. Previous experience in healthcare, mentalhealth, or regulated industries is a plus. The target base salaryrange for this position is $172,400 – $200,000, and is part of acompetitive total rewards package including stock options andbenefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and isdetermined by a number of factors including experience, location,internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
