Position Overview:
Passionate andstrategic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Fraud and Riskteam. This role is pivotal in shaping our industry-leadingsolution, which helps secure both workforce and consumeridentities. As part of Ping Identity, a recognized leader in theIAM space, you will drive innovation in fraud prevention and riskmanagement, playing a key role in the company’s success. Reportingto the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate closelywith R D, sales, and customers to deliver cutting-edge securitysolutions in a rapidly evolving market.
You will:
Build thestrategy and roadmap of Ping’s Protect, Risk and Fraud product -super fast growing product Gather, specify, deeply analyze andprioritize market requirements for current and future products andmarkets, by conducting market research supported by interactionswith stakeholders and customers Integrate new services andintelligence technologies. Build the product requirements, aligningwith all the relevant stakeholders Evaluate trends in the marketand emerging technologies Use metrics and quantitative analysis togain insights and find new opportunities Work with sales,marketing, other R D depts. and support to achieve successfulproduct buy-in; and to ensure engagement across the company. Runbeta and pilot programs with early-stage customers. Evangelize,educate and train the sales team, sales engineers and the supportteam. Constantly innovate and maintain product leadership in themarket .
You have:
3 years experience in Product Management in oneor more of these areas: Risk, Compliance, Produce Abuse or FraudPrevention, at meaningful scale technology products. Knowledge andprior experience of how Fraud/Risk prevention and mitigationsystems work within scaled products and corporations, including thenexus of Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science,Compliance, Legal and Program Managment. “What could go right”mindset & vision. Curiosity and both plan making and executionskills. Data driven approach and experimentation as a habit.
Youhave an advantage if:
Prior experience in leveraging AI in theabove areas Experience in Identity and Access Management – a plusExperience in the fraud industry – a plus Life at
