We are looking for a TechnicalProduct Manager to join our Core/Consumer Product team. This rolewill work closely with engineering, product design, other productteams and marketing to ensure delivery of product featureenhancements in support of Ava Labs Core/Consumer product vision.

What You Will Do Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption ofnew and existing users, Avalanche, and the broader ecosystem Driveproduct development from conception to launch Collaborate crossfunctionally with design, engineering, and product to develop andexecute the roadmap Manage concurrent projects across multiple workstreams requiring input from internal and external stakeholdersOversee cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and requiredmaintenance Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestonesand KPIs Build on existing crypto knowledge by staying up to dateon market trends both generally and within Avalanche What You WillBring A deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi,NFTs, DAOs, DePIN, AI etc.) 3 years of technical product managementin fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses Exceptionalinterpersonal communication, relationship management, andorganizational skills Demonstrated project management skillsExtensive analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skillsPrevious experience building software products A growth mindset andthe ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Personalalignment with the Ava Labs and Avalanche missions Nice to HavePrevious experience as a developer or UX/UI designer Demonstratedhistory of contributing to or participating in crypto projectsExperience working in a start-up environment

Salary Range:

$126,600to $158,200 (This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, afinal offer amount may vary based on factors including but notlimited to experience and geographic location.) Why Ava Labs?
