Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives within our Contact Center product portfolio, including the launch of a new overlay portal solution, IVR replacement, and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support. You will work closely with a cross-functional team including a program manager, sales operations analyst, operations business analyst, and an extended team of engineers, compliance, legal, marketing, and sales enablement professionals. You will also be supported by an experienced product lead. Key Responsibilities Lead the launch of a new portal and IVR solution. Drive product lifecycle management and BAU support. Define and document product requirements and customer journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Support Contact Center resale efforts and contribute to ongoing programs. Develop sales collateral and define operational and customer care support. Assist with Teams upgrades and product relaunch initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product management. Proven experience with Unified Communications products. Strong leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of product deployment, readiness, and customer behavior. Ability to translate technical and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
