What You’ll Be DoingAlign technical product plans with the overall portfolio and product visionStay informed on emerging technologies, industry direction, and market trends to inform product evolutionDefine and maintain a multi-year roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and aligning them with product launch plansCollaborate with technical teams to define system architecture, user experience, and innovative featuresWork cross-functionally with UX/UI, regulatory, and commercial teams to validate concepts and specify requirementsBalance technical maintenance, architectural integrity, and feature deliveryTransfer product knowledge to Product Owners and support internal enablement through thorough documentationServe as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, commercial teams, and clientsLead release planning and support commercial launch readiness activitiesWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine (MBA preferred)3+ years of experience in product management within healthcare or life sciencesProven expertise in product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA 510(k), CE marking, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11)Strong proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements and collaborating on UX/UI workflowsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize strategically in agile environmentsFluency in EnglishEEO StatementClario is an equal opportunity employer.
