You’ll be the bridge between visionary ideas and technical execution, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities Lead Product Development:
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, prototyping, and MVPs to full-scale launches and iterations. Ability to use hand and power tools
Technical Strategy:
Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements, architecture, and feasibility of new features and products.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Innovation & R D:
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Agile Execution:
Champion agile methodologies, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
Gather and analyze user feedback, market data, and performance metrics to continuously improve product experience. What You Bring Proven experience in product management and technical product development, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical background—comfortable utilizing production hardware tools & equipment, whilst also able to discuss APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and software architecture. Excellent project management skills with a knack for balancing priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to inspire and align diverse teams. Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, GitHub, and analytics platforms. Hands-on coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C++ or similar) is not essential, but would be advantageous.
