Linkedin Javvy Coffee is seeking an entry-level Product Development Manager to support and manage product development projects from concept to launch. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food and beverage innovation, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, improve existing offerings, and ensure timelines, testing, and quality benchmarks are met. This is a project management-focused role rather than a technical formulation position. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Manage product development projects from concept through commercialization. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met. Coordinate between R D, supply chain, marketing, design, and operations. Track deliverables, organize updates in Notion, and communicate progress via Slack. Product Innovation & Improvement Support ideation and planning of new products based on market research and feedback. Help improve existing formulas by coordinating feedback loops with vendors and teams. Assist in sampling, testing, and documentation processes. Labeling, Testing & Compliance Support Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to support accurate labeling and claims. Ensure project documentation and testing schedules are maintained and up to date. Market & Consumer Insights Conduct product and competitor research to identify trends and white space. Compile customer feedback and help translate insights into product improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years of internship or work experience in CPG, food/beverage, project coordination, or operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Familiarity with Slack and Notion (or similar tools). Interest in coffee, wellness, or food innovation a plus. Key Competencies Highly organized with great attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
