Bass Location:
Columbia, SC Calling all bass fishing fanatics with a strategic mindset! As an Assistant Product Manager – Bass at Pure Fishing, you’ll help bring innovative products to life that excite anglers and stand out on the water. From product concept to launch, you’ll work alongside passionate teams to develop and execute new ideas that speak directly to bass anglers. If you live for the thrill of a topwater strike and know your way around a tackle box, this role is your chance to turn your passion into your profession. What will you do?: Assist in taking ideas from concept to reality, keeping anglers’ needs in focus.
Use data and firsthand fishing knowledge to shape product decisions and identify gaps in the market.
Partner with design, engineering, supply chain, and marketing to ensure on-time and impactful launches. your own bass fishing experience to help create products that perform on the water.
Help build long-term product roadmaps and pitch new ideas that align with both brand and consumer goals.

What you will need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in product management or marketing
Hands-on bass fishing experience and strong knowledge of gear and techniques
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a product-focused role
