This role requires a hands-on approach to managing office technology, supplies, vendor relationships, and operational functions, as well as supporting hiring, onboarding, employee benefits, and legal compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Responsible for Invoicing, verifying pricing, and sending of custom contracts. Following up on payments as necessary. Organizing all contracts and amounts receivable

Accounts Payable:

Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate record-keeping. Work across teams to track office-related expenses and assist with budgeting.

Office Technology & Supplies:

Oversee the day-to-day functionality of office technology, including computers, phones, conference room systems, and other essential equipment. Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate orders to ensure all supplies are well-stocked and organized. Act as the primary contact for office vendors, managing relationships and ensuring timely and cost-effective service.

Scheduling and Calendar Management:

Manage scheduling for meetings, events, and conference room bookings to maximize office space and resources. Support executive scheduling needs and coordinate calendars as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role. Familiarity with office technology and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and general office technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, team members, and management. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
