Spearhead initiatives to evaluate and insource acquired product technologies via M&A, rigorously integrating these products to ensure they meet key cost, quality, and time objectives, thereby accelerating time-to-market. Utilize data analytics to drive performance improvements, optimize formulations, and streamline production processes to support fast-paced business growth. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex functional requirements while delivering tangible business results

Required Experience & Qualifications:

o Extensive expertise in formulation chemistry and the development of advanced chemical products. o In-depth understanding of regulatory and quality standards in the specialty chemicals industry. o Proven experience in assessing and enhancing manufacturing processes, especially within reaction-based production and technical distribution models. o Demonstrated success in integrating acquired technologies from M&A activities to expedite product commercialization, including managing integration parameters like cost, quality, and time.

o Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with a collaborative approach. o Proven ability to establish deep, collaborative relationships with customers and KOL’s within industry. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. o An agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving business demands while managing complex functional requirements. This role is tailored for a visionary leader who drives technical innovation and operational excellence.
