Job Description
This role will support the OCI Growth Enablement team in driving the growth of our various public, private, and sovereign cloud offerings. A deep, proven track record of bringing to market large-scale enterprise software and/or cloud hyper-scalers is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with agile software development and Pragmatic Marketing principles of product management. This role requires the ability to execute, communicate, and influence for success in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners, to identify new products and product capabilities, champion them towards implementation, and ultimately put them in the hands of the world’s most demanding customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for customers and engineering teams. The candidate will also have superior executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple lines of business.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
