Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead and drive product initiatives in a hybrid work environment based in Nashville, TN. This role requires a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud application development, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product development initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore development teams, to deliver high-quality cloud-based applications
Define and drive product strategy, roadmaps, and release plans
Ensure alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs
Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and manage product timelines and deliverables
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product development or a related role
Proven track record of managing Agile/Scrum development teams
Experience with cloud application development (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with global/offshore teams
Must be based in Nashville, TN and able to work onsite 2-3 days per week
Preferred Skills:
Experience with enterprise-level software products
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
