Product Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 565 Marriott Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Product Manager to oversee all programs, current and future opportunities, for our American Standard and Mitsubishi branded products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product match-up books, reducing obsolete and damaged equipment, managing product changes, and delivering internal training. The Product Manager will also work closely with the purchasing team to ensure proper stocking plans are in place. Key Responsibilities Identify and manage all current and future product opportunities and programs. Maintain and update product match-up books to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness. Develop and implement strategies to reduce obsolete and damaged equipment. Oversee product changes and ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Conduct internal training sessions to keep teams informed and updated on product changes and new programs. Collaborate with the purchasing team to create and maintain effective stocking plans. Travel to all branches and regions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Two years of HVAC experience.
