We are looking for a Vice President, Product Management (Domains) to drive the strategy, development, and execution of Asurion’s domains, the key products that are foundational to Asurion’s success, to ensure they deliver seamless, high-value customer experiences and integrate deeply into Asurion’s Service Experience Platform. This leader will be responsible for defining and evolving key product domains, such as claims, resolutions, services, and field, ensuring each domain delivers meaningful value to customers and partners. This role requires a customer-obsessed, data-driven product expert with experience leading complex product ecosystems, aligning domain strategies with platform capabilities, and driving innovation across multiple business units.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Asurion’s key product domains, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and business impact Build APIs, SDKs, and extensibility frameworks that empower other product teams to innovate faster Work closely with the platform and experiences product teams to ensure domain-level capabilities are optimized for scalability, API accessibility, and partner integration Identify opportunities for monetization of core features (e.g., premium API access, higher-tier platform capabilities) Partner closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, and CX teams to deliver solutions that enhance engagement and long-term retention Drive innovation through AI-powered insights, automation, and predictive intelligence to continuously enhance the customer experience Build a team of product leaders and managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years of experience in Product Management, with expertise in customer-facing product domains, SaaS, or enterprise technology Deep understanding of customer experience ecosystems, with a proven track record in delivering high-impact, scalable products that maximize opportunities for monetization Ability to connect domain-level strategy to broader platform and GTM objectives, ensuring Asurion’s products deliver an unmatched value proposition to customers and partners Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with engineering, design, sales, and CX teams to drive execution Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data, AI, and customer insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Passion for creating seamless, high-value experiences that drive customer engagement and retention
