Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data-Driven Digital Product Manager to oversee our analytics and personalization platform portfolio. This role is critical in driving the strategy, development, and optimization of data-enabling technologies that power personalized, omnichannel guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in digital measurement strategy, platform ownership (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and cross-functional collaboration to transform data into actionable insights across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Product Ownership:
Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of products supporting marketing technology, loyalty, personalization, and data platforms.
Omnichannel Enablement:
Drive initiatives that activate personalized guest experiences across mobile apps, web, in-store kiosks, email, SMS, and digital fuel pump screens.
Analytics Platform Stewardship:
Serve as the primary owner of web and product analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Partner with Business Enablement and Advanced Analytics teams to support measurement planning, reporting requirements, and documentation (BRDs, SDRs).
KPI Alignment & Roadmapping:
Define and manage product KPIs aligned with strategic growth and guest engagement goals.
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate across Marketing, Technology, Loyalty, Data Science, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, personalized guest experiences.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of customer data platforms, digital analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation technologies.
Hands-on experience managing analytics tools such as Adobe Target, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel.
Solid knowledge of tracking strategies and reporting workflows.
Familiarity with marketing engagement tools such as Branch.io and Alchemer
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in guest-centric, omnichannel environments such as retail or convenience sectors.
Background working with loyalty programs and personalization strategies.
