TCE is a leading provider of high-quality construction equipment, including Bell articulated dump trucks, Hyundai construction equipment, Sakai compaction equipment, and SMI crushing and screening products. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Support Manager to oversee all aspects of our product support services. This pivotal role will be based out of our LaVergne, Tennessee location and will require effective leadership to drive productivity and efficiency across our dealership locations. The Product Support Manager will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while optimizing product support operations. D uties/

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage product support, developing strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, implementing improvements to achieve maximum productivity. Collaborate with dealership locations to ensure consistent product support across all areas. Provide technical support and guidance for all products, including Bell articulated dump trucks, Hyundai construction equipment, Sakai compaction equipment, and SMI crushing and screening products. Train and mentor department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Manage inventory levels and parts ordering processes to ensure the availability of necessary components. Develop and implement product support policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
