About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our platform services in the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Payments business. The Senior Product Manager I will own multiple product features within thisplex payments platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a payment facilitator and will possess a strong understanding of platform architecture, technical requirements, and user needs. You should be able to translateplex concepts into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. He/she will be responsible for developing amercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. He/she will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas. He/she will informally coach more junior PMs and interview and recruit new PM candidates. This position can be remote. Must be able to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.

Responsibilities Customer Focus:

Creates processes to identify customer needs effectively and aligns the team to meet those needs while maintaining close contact with customers to understand market trends.

Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis:

Uses metrics to track progress on customer needs, develops hypothesis-driven evaluation strategies, and isfortable with data-driven approaches even when rigorous data sets are unavailable.

Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle:

Develops clear go-to-market launch plans with marketing and sales teams,pletes all GTM steps, and manages the process for sunsetting products, including customer migration plans.

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle:

Drives key lifecycleponents from planning to release, maintains product materials, and writes clear requirements forplex features while managing the product independently.

Strategy & Commercial Acumen:

Develops product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy,municates the need for ROI, and usespetitor knowledge to inform product decisions and growth opportunities.

Technical Skills:

Understands thepany’s technology stack, utilizes the platform to create new features,municates effectively with tech counterparts, and learns new technologies to support product development.

Personal Capability:

Takes ownership of personal development, initiates conversations with mentors, identifies and analyzes problems, and develops new ideas to improve processes or products.

Interpersonal Skills:

Provides clear instructions, actively listens, encourages cooperation, establishes rapport, and brings energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others.

Requirements Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience:

6-8 years

Travel:

Infrequent (0-10% of the time)
Experience working for a Payment Facilitator is strongly preferred.
An understanding of PCIpliance is strongly preferred.
Writing requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria is a must.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum or Kanban is a must.
Recognized as full owner of a product or sizable feature of aplex product.
Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.
Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positivemercial oues.
