Role:
We’re hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer who treats Google Ads as their core specialty . This role is for someone serious about performance, understands local markets, and takes full ownership of campaign outcomes. You’ll manage the entire process— auditing accounts , building strategies, launching, optimizing, and ensuring consistent lead generation for contractors and service-based businesses .
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for a variety of service businesses. Audit existing accounts , identify gaps, and build strategies that drive ROI. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to hit client goals. Collaborate with our internal team on landing page and messaging needs. Ensure 85% of clients achieve their expected lead generation goals. Participate in client reporting and strategic review calls. Stay up-to-date on Google Ads best practices , policies, and trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Google Ads experience managing campaigns for service-based businesses (contractors, trades, home services, etc.). Strong understanding of local lead generation and ad strategy. Located in the US ( Birmingham, AL is a plus, but not required). Comfortable auditing accounts and presenting clear, actionable strategies. Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining performance. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth.
Compensation:
Base Pay:
$2,500 – $4,000/month (based on experience).
Bonuses:
Client retainment bonuses based on performance. Referral bonuses for bringing in new business.
