If you’re passionate about crafting high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads , and geofencing platforms , and thrive on turning ad spend into measurable growth — let’s talk. Position Overview This is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads and amplify our brand presence. Ideal for someone who’s analytical, creative, and strategic — all at once. 35-40 hours/week with potential for long-term growth and leadership opportunities based on performance. What You’ll Do – Paid Media Campaigns & Strategy Build and manage high-converting campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads (Search & Display), and geofencing platforms Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align ad strategies with business goals Perform A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights to boost ROI Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve CTR, cost per lead, and overall effectiveness Develop monthly performance reports with clear data storytelling Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization Create ad funnels that move prospects from awareness to conversion Work with the team to develop landing pages that increase engagement and capture more leads Integrate ads with CRM workflows to streamline follow-up and nurture sequences SEO & Website Insights Support basic SEO tasks to improve visibility across channels Collaborate with web developers and content creators to enhance user experience and on-page performance What You Bring 1+ years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or geofencing campaigns Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, performance metrics, and optimization techniques Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva , and CRM platforms Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines Bonus if you have experience with local service-based businesses or home improvement brands.
