SEM and Advertising Manager Position Summary:

Chetu is seeking an experienced full-time SEM & Advertising Manager to lead and manage our paid digital marketing campaigns. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing search engine marketing and online advertising initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and ROI-focused campaign management.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation packages start from $75K – $95K annually based on the candidate’s background and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other ad networks. Define targeting strategies and keyword plans for ad groups and campaigns. Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation. Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to develop engaging ad copy and landing pages. Manage SEM budgets and allocate spend efficiently across multiple platforms. Generate detailed performance reports and present campaign insights to marketing leadership. Stay current with SEM best practices, trends, and platform updates. Support global marketing efforts, including international campaign management.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.). Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance dashboards. Ability to create detailed performance reports and actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of SEM campaign management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (preferred) Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and lead generation campaigns. Experience in B2B marketing or the software development industry is a plus. Google Ads Certification is preferred.
