As we expand our brand’s reach, we’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media, SEO, and paid-ads efforts. Position Overview You will partner closely with our in-house photography team, web developers, and sales staff.
Your mission:
develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across organic and paid channels. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Build and manage social campaigns on Instagram , Facebook , TikTok , and Pinterest Collaborate with our in-house photographer to plan and post engaging imagery and short-form video content Curate captions, hashtags, and community interactions that reflect our brand voice Analyze platform metrics and optimize posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement SEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover content opportunities Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt text, internal links) Track performance using SEO analysis tools (provided); iterate based on data insights Paid Advertising Management Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns with a substantial daily budget A/B test ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROI Implement remarketing and audience segmentation tactics to maximize conversions Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in a blended role covering social media management,
SEO, and Google Ads Technical Skills:
Google Ads certification (Search & Shopping preferred) SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz Web analytics in GA4 and Search Console Familiarity with CMS platforms
Soft Skills:
