Position Summary We’re looking for a driven and imaginative Marketing Growth Manager who has 1-2 years of experience running Meta and Google campaigns and is eager to grow into a leadership role. This isn’t a job for someone who just “follows directions”—we want a creative thinker who can spot opportunities, test new ideas, and help franchisees win. You’ll work directly with our leadership and franchise network to craft digital campaigns, optimize results, and push the brand forward. What You’ll Do Build and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms Work closely with franchisees to understand their markets and tailor advertising strategies Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and recommend data-informed optimizations Assist with SEO for local franchise pages on www.bodenvy.com Collaborate with our creative team to test ad copy, visuals, and landing page performance Suggest and implement A/B tests to continuously improve results Stay updated on trends in health, beauty, and digital marketing Contribute ideas that make us stand out from the competition Who You Are 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns Familiar with paid media metrics and able to make performance-based decisions Naturally creative—constantly thinking of new angles, hooks, and offers Self-starter with a bias for action Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicator and team player Bonus if you’ve worked with multi-location brands or franchise systems Why Join Bodenvy?
