The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and be passionate about driving organic traffic to our website. This role involves optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing effective link-building strategies to enhance our online presence. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing efforts. Duties Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth. Optimize website metadata, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags to improve search engine rankings. Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and drive referral traffic. Utilize Google Tag Manager and other tools to track website performance and user behavior. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and business goals. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights for improvement. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the industry. Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement, integrating social media strategies with SEO efforts. Work with e-commerce platforms to optimize product listings for better search visibility. Requirements Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful optimization projects. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for analysis and reporting. Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus for technical SEO implementations. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Strong understanding of link-building techniques and strategies. Experience in social media management is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
