Boca Raton Key Responsibilities:

SEO Campaign Development & Execution:

Plan, implement, and optimize on-site technical approaches and off-site SEO strategies that boost organic rankings and drive high-quality traffic. Perform technical SEO audits, ensuring website performance (e.g., crawlability, page speed, mobile-friendliness) aligns with best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Leverage data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, etc.) to extract actionable insights and measure campaign success. Prepare regular performance reports and competitive analyses to inform strategy adjustments.

Project Management & Scheduling:

Oversee SEO auditing and revision projects from conception to execution using project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all tasks—from content marketing to technical adjustments—are aligned and executed efficiently.

Content & Outreach:

Collaborate with content teams to optimize SEO-driven content and build effective link-building strategies. Ensure consistency in on-page optimization and creative engagement across all digital assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

2 or more years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns. Strong technical SEO expertise with hands-on experience conducting website audits and implementing on-page improvements. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, SurferSEO, and ScreamingFrog, Looker Studios, etc. Demonstrated ability in data analysis with a keen eye for high-volume data interpretation and performance metrics. Excellent project management and scheduling skills—experience using tools like Zoho Connect, Trello, or Slack is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress across themes and Editors. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in content marketing, keyword research, and link building. Background in competitive analysis and client-facing roles to help drive business growth.
