Key Responsibilities:

As a Job Board Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client’s marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to devise, manage, and optimize advertising strategies on major job boards. You will supervise job ad posting schedules, budgets, and performance tracking while examining market trends to identify growth opportunities. Utilizing data and analytics, you will continuously enhance campaign performance in alignment with lead generation and ROI targets. Your strategic budget management skills will ensure maximum candidate acquisition within budget constraints. Collaborating closely with brand teams, you will align ad strategies with hiring priorities and business needs. Your role also involves managing relationships with job board representatives to negotiate contracts and secure promotional opportunities. Devise, manage, and optimize advertising strategies on major job boards such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter. Supervise job ad posting schedules, budgets, and performance tracking. Examine market trends to identify the most effective platforms and opportunities for growth. Utilize data and analytics to monitor and enhance campaign performance. Strategically allocate and manage budgets across job board platforms. Collaborate with brand teams to align ad strategies with hiring priorities and business needs. Manage relationships with job board representatives to negotiate contracts and secure promotional opportunities. Provide regular reporting on job board ad performance.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Job Board Manager position brings a wealth of experience in performance marketing on major job boards. With 3-5 years of experience under your belt, you have a proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving ROI targets. You have managed budgets across multiple brands and platforms effectively. Your strong analytical abilities enable you to optimize marketing performance. Familiarity with marketplace industries or other environments where marketing drives both supply and demand will be a strong plus. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will be key in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. 3-5 years experience in performance marketing on Job Boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) with a proven track record of driving lead generation and achieving ROI targets. Experience managing budgets across multiple brands and platforms. Strong analytical abilities to optimize marketing performance. Familiarity with marketplace industries or other environments where marketing drives both supply and demand. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
