Job Description As a Paid Search Associate, you will begin your journey into the world of paid search marketing, assisting in the management and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Under the guidance of experienced analysts, you will support the development of paid search strategies, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to driving traffic and ROI for clients. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, foundational training, and a clear pathway to mastering paid search campaign management and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive comprehensive training in paid search strategies, tools, and best practices during a structured 3-6 month training program. Assist in planning and executing paid search campaigns under the guidance of senior team members, with a focus on learning and developing core skills. Collaborate with account managers to support strategy discussions and gain insights into campaign objectives and performance improvement opportunities. Help maintain performance standards on assigned accounts by monitoring key metrics and learning optimization techniques. Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring conversion data, and assessing traffic quality. Observe and analyze basic campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization. Participate in testing products and strategies to understand their impact on campaign performance. Support the preparation of regular reports and learn to communicate key findings effectively. Stay curious and proactive in learning about industry trends, best practices, and tools to help keep strategies competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience with paid search campaign management Experience and strong understanding of PPC advertising Experience using industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SA360, etc. Understand paid media advertising budget management and effective, data-driven ad spend. Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong quantitative, analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and actionable insights. Excellent time-management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat)

Preferred Qualifications:

Agency experience Experience in automotive, legal and/or medical verticals Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, ISDS, or equivalent experience Google Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
