Job Summary:
We are seeking adetail-oriented and results-driven SEO specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for organic search analysis, discovery,execution, and performance reporting of search engine optimization(SEO) strategies and deliverables for clients. The ideal candidatewill have strong technical skills, excellent communicationabilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams whilestaying current on industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Providestrategic recommendations for improving organic search performanceon websites in various stages of development. Conduct comprehensivekeyword research using leading industry tools to identifyopportunities for optimization. Analyze and optimize on-page SEOelements such as titles, meta descriptions, copy, images, andinternal links. Conduct thorough site audits and competitiveanalyses to uncover opportunities for growth. Create and delivermonthly organic search performance reports with actionableinsights. Evaluate and present organic search findings andrecommendations to clients and stakeholders. Work closely withaccount teams and clients to understand business, technical, andreporting requirements. Provide effective and persuasivepresentations (both verbal and written) to internal teams andclients. Stay current on industry trends and inform clients aboutnew developments that may impact their organic search performance.
Collaborate across departments to ensure appropriate inclusion atthe correct times in the process for client work. Navigate multipledependencies on technology, content creators, and other connectionsto ensure the effectiveness of SEO efforts. Ensure the delivery ofcutting-edge, high-quality SEO work tailored to each clients uniqueneeds. Develop case studies based on past work to support newbusiness initiatives and validate client relationships.
HardSkills:
Strong writing and communication skills. 1-3 years ofexperience Proficiency in search engine optimization techniques andstrategies. Experience with common organic search tools (e.g.,SEMrush, Moz Analytics, BrightEdge, SearchMetrics, etc.). Abilityto conduct research and analyze data effectively. Basic knowledgeof web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google SearchConsole). Familiarity with basic HTML and Excel. Proficiency inpresentation tools like Keynote or PowerPoint. Comfort with AIplatforms like ChatGPT and leveraging automation tools.
SoftSkills:
Receptiveness to feedback and a willingness to learncontinuously. Resourcefulness and self-awareness to navigatechallenges independently. Ability to balance competing demands andprioritize tasks effectively. Strong collaboration skills to workseamlessly across teams and departments.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with technical SEO, including site architecture,crawlability, and indexing. Knowledge of advanced web analytics andreporting techniques. Experience or familiarity of automotiveindustry a plus. The base salary range for this position at thetime of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensationvaries based on job-related factors, including location, businessneeds, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
