We are looking for a temporary to hopefully full time Expert Services Manager for our Search area. The Expert Services Manager, Search is a dynamic thought leader tasked with providing world-class services to Skai partners. Their core responsibility will be planning and executing the full lifecycle of managed and transitional service initiatives across paid search channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Performace Max, Google Shopping, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Shopping. This entails pre-campaign strategic planning, campaign management and execution, regular reporting and analysis and transition training. The Expert Services Manager is ultimately responsible for all facets of assigned account program performance and client satisfaction on the Skai Search management platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive paid search and shopping experience, expert data analysis, strategic guidance, adept at client communication and a confident and consultative approach to addressing client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Uphold the team mission to bring about client success and self-sufficiency within search marketing and management
Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns to exceed the clients’ goals
Balance the day-to-day management of client accounts consisting of transitional pilots, short-term managed accounts and consulting services
Act as a consultant and advisor to clients regarding media planning and best practices
Provide expert advice and consultation on search marketing strategy and best practices to internal teams in ways that drive client retention, organic growth and new business growth
Communicate the success and performance of assigned accounts, both internally and externally
Partner closely with the product development, sales, technical account management and industry leads to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
Provide paid media solutions to clients to enable them to use Skai’s platforms effectively
Pursue solutions for managed clients beyond the tools and templates available

Proven track-record of problem-solving
Position Requirements:
Undergraduate degree
Hands on search campaign implementation, optimization and management experience (Google & Microsoft)
Experience with retail vertical
Expert data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
4-6 years’ experience in paid search media buying.
Client-facing or customer service experience a plus
Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
Organized and methodical in approach to campaign management
Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
Experience with Skai or other search marketing platforms preferred
Google Ads Certification, Google Shopping Certification highly desirable
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This is a temporary role with an hourly range of $52.00-$56.00 an hour with an expected work week of 40 hours a week with the hope that it will turn into a full time opportunity.
