Position Description
Ready to manage and optimize high-performing paid search and social campaigns? We’re seeking a Senior Search & Social Analyst to lead execution across platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, and more for a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients. You’ll develop strategic media plans, fine-tune keyword and audience targeting, oversee ad creative and performance, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. This role blends hands-on platform expertise with client-facing strategy, offering the chance to shape campaign success while mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360) including ad copy development, keyword research, bid management, conversion tracking, etc.
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat) including audience planning, creative analysis, vendor management, etc.
Utilizing data analytics tools, monitor and measure campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Own client relationships, collaborating closely to maintain a strong understanding of their business objectives and goals.
Mentor and guide junior team members in strategy and delegate tasks appropriately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally (Account, PM, Analytics, Creative) and externally (partner agencies, vendors, 3rd party partners) to ensure overall account health.
Support financial processes; monitor budgets in ad platforms, maintain flowcharts, review and approve campaigns in MediaOcean/Prisma.
Stay current on industry trends and announcements, contributing to POVs and other external communications further solidifying Agency expertise.

4+ years of paid search and paid social experience, BA/BS preferred
Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
Deep experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and SA360 required, certification in all strongly preferred
Master in Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
MediaOcean/Prisma software experience strongly preferred
