A day in the life:
As a Retail MarketingStrategist, you will be responsible for owning the execution,performance, and growth of Amazon & retail PPC advertisingcampaigns within their book of business. You are oriented towardsthe client’s business success, tying your efforts to the greaterbusiness goals. You are a self-starter and autonomously own yourresponsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with accountleadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their servicewithin the broader media mix. You are responsible for owningreporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution ofkeyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, androutine campaign management, sometimes with the support of aSpecialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights andforward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has astrong understanding of their service’s strategy and the levers topull to drive performance
Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon & retailsearch campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes,and industries, including daily optimizations and high-levelstrategy changes Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, andaction plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon AdConsole & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retailbusiness performance Participate and engage in weekly departmentscrums and training sessions to further channel knowledgeContinuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impactagainst client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communicationboth on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clientsParticipate in the development process for new department trainingmaterials Seek to utilize available AI and delegation resources toassist in their workflow wherever possible Employ AI technologiesto enhance and optimize business processes Utilize and leveragePower Digitals Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
RoleRequirements:
2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 yearsin agency setting preferred Minimum 2 years of hands-on experiencewith Amazon / Retail search advertising, Google paid searchadvertising, or similar Significant campaign management experiencein one or more of the following additional campaign types: AmazonAd Console Walmart Connect Instacart Ads Criteo Retail CitrusAdProficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Other skillsrequired: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strongorganizational and project management skills. Self-motivatedindividual with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonalskills. Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly andindependently Interested in a long-lasting relationship with agrowing company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hit revenue perteam member success metric: $25k Hit EBITDA per team member successmetric: $5k Below 10% Client Churn Rate Most Important Things(MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaboration Internal & client-facing communication
