A day in the life:
As the Paid AdvertisingStrategist, you are responsible for owning the execution,performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business.
You are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying yourefforts to the greater business goals. You are self-started andautonomously own your responsibilities. You work hand-in-hand withaccount leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of yourservice within the broader media mix. You are responsible forowning reporting, optimizations, client communication, andexecution of keyword research, ad copy development, bidoptimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with thesupport of a Specialist. As the Strategist, you are excellent atproviding insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on anongoing basis, and have a strong understanding of your service’sstrategy and the levers to pull to drive performance
Responsibilities:
Full ownership and execution of performancemarketing via paid social & paid media native platforms Meta Ads,LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Bing Ads Effectivelyexecuting builds and production A-Z with redundancy acrosschannels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams whereapplicable Lead execution of optimizations with regards toperformance improvements relative to goals Manage all clientbudgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertiseEffectively own strategic communication internally for client teamsProactive internal communication with team on performance,strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items;facilitating tactical needs with Specialist where applicable Weeklyclient progress recaps, outlining performance insights and futurerecommendations Excellent marketing and business strategy acumenComplete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to executevia paid social and paid media Full understanding of the eCommercemodel and lead gen strategies Ability to navigate roadblocks andadapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired resultsOwnership of performance reporting and strategy communicationExecute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentationcreation capabilities Ability to leverage data to tell a story andarticulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear nextsteps Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize businessprocesses Utilize and leverage Power Digitals Nova ecosystem as itrelates to your department
Role Requirements:
2-3 years of digitalmarketing experience. 1-2 years in agency setting Minimum 2 yearsof experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically inE-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B Minimum 2 years of experience with MetaAds for direct response campaigns Minimum 2 years of hands-onexperience with Search Engine Marketing Specifically havingexperience with campaign development and optimization processessuch as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy developmentSignificant campaign management experience in one or more of thefollowing additional campaign types: Performance Max, StandardShopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & BingAds Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Proficiency inGoogle Analytics Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing andpaid media’s place in the funnel Other skills required: Strongwritten and verbal communication skills Strong organizational andproject management skills Self-motivated individual with a strongdesire to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethicand ability to learn quickly and independently Interested in along-lasting relationship with a growing company Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs): $9.5k team-member EBITDA Maintain below 10%Client Churn Rate 5-7 Accounts Most Important Things (MITs):
