A day in the life:
The Paid Media SeniorStrategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance,and growth of their marketing service within their book ofbusiness. They service the most complex, enterprise-levelaccount/s, and are highly regarded for their mastery over PaidMedia advertising. The Senior Strategist is exceptional at workingunder pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficultconversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their PaidMedia knowledge, the Senior Strategist has an understanding ofcross channel strategy and how their service impacts the broadermedia mix. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success,tying their efforts to the greater business goals, and are able tocommunicate effectively with Executives. They are responsible forowning reporting, optimizations, client communication, andexecution of all aspects of campaign creation and management,sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategistis excellent at providing insights and forward-thinking strategy toclients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding oftheir service’s strategy and the levers to pull to driveperformance.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise-level fashion/apparelaccount campaign management, including daily optimizations,campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership (weekendoptimizations required for select accounts) Provide intelligentanalysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaignperformance data and data from client-specific source of truth(e.g. GA, Shopify, etc.) Participate and engage in weeklydepartment scrums and training sessions to further channelknowledge Continuously seek to improve campaign performance againstclient goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication both oninternal agency teams and externally with assigned clients Seek toutilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflowwherever possible Utilize and leverage Power Digitals Novaecosystem as it relates to your department Contribute industrylearnings and knowledge sharing as it relates to paid advertisingin fashion division meeting
Role Requirements:
4-5 years of digitalmarketing experience. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience withSearch Engine Marketing Specifically having experience withcampaign development and optimization processes such as bidoptimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large,enterprise-level accounts Significant campaign managementexperience in 3 or more of the following additional campaign types:
Performance Max Standard Shopping YouTube Ads Display AdvertisingLocal campaigns Bing Ads Proficiency in Google/Microsoft OfficeSuite(s) Proficiency in Google Analytics Expert knowledge of funnelmarketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel Strongability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, goingbeyond the stat and telling the story Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaboration Internal communication Flexibleapproach to ad-hoc client needs Most Important Things (MITs)Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaboration Internal communication
