About the role We are seeking a highlyexperienced Senior Manager, SEO and CRO to drive the holistichealth, performance, and growth of our website through strategicand technical excellence. This role will be responsible foroverseeing organic search strategy, managing website health,diagnosing and resolving fluctuations in performance, and leadingcross-functional SEO initiatives. As a senior member of the team,you will not only execute but also shape our long-term SEOstrategy, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, content,and marketing teams. What you’ll do Develop & Execute SEO & AIOGrowth Strategy

  • Build and drive a data-driven roadmap that fuelssustainable organic growth, optimizing for both traditional searchand AI-powered discovery experiences. Future-Proof for AI-DrivenSearch
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI search models (e.g., Google SGE,Bing Copilot, Perplexity) and develop strategies to optimizecontent for AI-generated results and answer engines. Optimize WebExperience & Discoverability
  • Enhance site architecture, internallinking, structured data, and on-page elements to improve userengagement and visibility across search ecosystems. Lead OverallWeb Site Health
  • Conduct in-depth site-wide audits, monitor siteperformance (core web vitals, crawlability, indexation), andscalable solutions for technical SEO issues to ensure search engineaccessibility. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate withProduct, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to embed SEO andAI-driven strategies into platform and content development.

Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze search trends, AI-drivenranking factors, and traffic shifts to identify growthopportunities and communicate impact to stakeholders. Drive Content& Marketing Integration
  • Support content teams in optimizing forsearch intent, AI-generated powered recommendations, and bestpractices within a headless CMS.

In order to be successful, youmust bring Deep expertise in SEO, with 7 years of experiencemanaging large-scale dual sided marketplace websites. Strongtechnical SEO skills, including site architecture, structured data,Core Web Vitals, log file analysis, and rendering optimization.

Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking and drivecross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

Proficiency in SEO analytics tools (Google Search Console,BrightEdge, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, OnCrawl, Screaming Frog,etc.). Experience leading SEO projects in an agileproduct/engineering environment and working with sprint planning.

CRO Expertise & Experimentation

  • Strong background in A/B testing,multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis to optimizeconversion paths. Experience with tools like Optimizely, VWO,Google Optimize, or equivalent. Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Proficiency in analyzing user journeys, heatmaps, and funnelperformance using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Fullstory, Hotjar,or similar to drive UX and conversion improvements.

Strong dataanalysis skills, with the ability to translate insights intoactionable recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with experience influencing cross-functionalteams. Expected salary ranges For candidates living in SanFrancisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, or Seattle metros,the expected salary range for the role is currently $154,800

  • $189,200. For candidates living in Austin, TX or Washington DCmetros or in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washingtonstates, the expected salary range for the role is currently$139,300
  • $170,300. For candidates living in all other USlocations, the expected salary range for this role is currently$124,300
  • $160,800.

Actual offered salaries will vary and will bebased on various factors, such as calibrated job level,qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
