This is an individualcontributor role with high impact: you’ll assist in leadingstrategies across new and existing accounts, own technical andcontent SEO execution, and help shape how SEO is delivered acrossthe agency. You’ll work alongside a small but growing team ofsenior and junior SEO resources, and collaborate closely with ourContent and PR teams. What Youll Do Here:

Lead SEO strategies for your clients,including execution, adapting & evaluating Oversee technical SEOinitiatives, including site structure, internal linking, andon-page optimization, to improve crawlability, indexation, andoverall site performance Drive keyword research, gap analysis, andcompetitive audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO bestpractices are integrated throughout the organization Provideregular reports and presentations on SEO performance, insights, andrecommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders Analyzeand monitor SEO performance, identifying trends, and developingdata-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategyadjustments Collaborate cross-functionally with content,development, and analytics teams Help evolve our SEO processes,templates, and quality standards Provide mentorship to junior teammembers and contribute to knowledge sharing We Need a

Person With:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 4years of SEO experience (agency or hybrid of agencyfreelance/consulting) Demonstrated expertise in technical

SEO:

auditing, internal linking, schema, pagination, JS rendering, CWVremediation, etc. Collaborative worker who excels both workingindividually and in a team Personal and professional integrityCurious nature with proven research ability Desire to identify,solve, and implement solutions for new and evolving SEO challengesExperience with: Creating or optimizing repeatable SEO processesKeyword research & content strategy On-page optimizationsClient-facing communication & presentations Reporting & performancestorytelling Familiarity with SEO tools: GA4,

GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush,Screaming Frog, AIR-Ops, Asana Bonus:

Experience with link-buildingvendors, AI-driven automation in workflows, or processstandardization Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
