Paid Media Specialist Confidential South Carolina •

Remote Position Overview:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and LSAs. You’ll focus on generating high-quality leads and improving campaign efficiency for our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines. This role requires hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and strategic execution tailored to local markets and seasonal trends in the home services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, build, and manage paid search, display, remarketing, and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LSA, etc.) Optimize campaign performance based on lead volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) Collaborate with marketing leadership, regional teams, and agency partners to align campaigns with business goals Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trends in paid media and the home services industry

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on local lead generation Industry experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is required Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Local Services Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills Experience with tools like CallRail, ServiceTitan, or similar a plus Understanding of seasonal marketing strategies and local service-area targeting Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across markets
