SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT – FULL TIME
In-person | Madison + Mallory | madisonandmallory.com We’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Assistant to join our team full-time! If you live for mirror selfies, know how to film a flawless flatlay, and TikTok is basically your second language — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with planning new arrivals + coordinating photoshoots Help update our website with new arrivals, “shop the look,” and manage collections Create content for Instagram + TikTok (think flatlays, try-ons, BTS, reels, etc.) Post regularly to social media channels and help maintain our aesthetic Be part of try-on videos, mirror selfies, and real-time content
You Are:
Obsessed with fashion + know what’s trending on TikTok and IG Comfortable being on camera and helping behind the scenes Detail-oriented and organized — especially with scheduling/posting Familiar with Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok editing tools, etc. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
