Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling through photo and video, strong editing and writing skills, and a keen eye for social media trends. Experience in the ABA field is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Capture authentic, organic photos and videos during daily operations and special events Create engaging, on-trend short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, etc.) Video editing for long-form content. (Youtube) Research and implement current trends relevant to our audience Edit content to meet platform-specific requirements Write thoughtful and compelling captions aligned with our voice and values Schedule content in advance to ensure consistent posting Manage and respond to comments and messages across all platforms Build and maintain a content calendar with platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Maintain a well-organized, up-to-date content bank
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization Strong photography and video editing skills Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Solid writing and communication abilities Deep understanding of engagement tactics and trends across social platforms Highly organized and self-motivated Friendly, professional, and collaborative personality
Bonus:
Experience in ABA therapy or working with neurodivergent children

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week
