In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), Pinterest, etc. You’ll collaborate internally and with the client’s marketing/creative teams to deliver an elevated social media strategy, one that aligns with specific business goals and brand identity. Key Responsibilities Develop and schedule social media posts using tools like Social Bee, Meta Business Suite, etc. Create engaging copy, captions, and visual assets Monitor platform analytics to report on performance and audience insights Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate community interactions Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and platform updates Assist with influencer collaborations, giveaways, and paid ad content Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and follower growth, etc. Support campaign launches and brand initiatives through social content Coordinate cross-platform posting to maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related field Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Excellent written and visual communication skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools Experience with social scheduling tools and analytics dashboards Ability to adapt tone and messaging to fit brand voice and platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism Experience with influencer marketing Experience with paid social media campaigns Video editing or content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Agency work experience a plus.
