The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through digital content. This person will also engage in live selling on TikTok. Responsibilities Learn about the products and sell live on TikTok with a team member. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice. Conduct web research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and trends using social listening tools. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs and video editing tasks. Capture high-quality photography for use in social media posts. Experience Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations. Strong skills in web research, advertising strategies, and social listening techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is preferred. Experience in video editing and photography is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
