In this role, you will collaborate with Creative, Community, and Ecommerce teams to ideate, localize, and schedule compelling copy, visuals, and basic CapCut edits; manage influencer partnerships for international campaigns; track performance in Sprout and Meta Business Manager; and surface top-performing content for future calendars. Native-level fluency in English and Spanish, sharp copywriting skills, and a proactive, team-first mindset are essential to keep Flex Seal’s social presence fresh, culturally relevant, and consistently on brand.

International Social Media Specialist Department:

Job Summary:

This position owns the beginning to end multilingual content calendar for Canada, Mexico, and other key international markets strategizing themes, crafting and localizing posts (copy, visuals, basic CapCut edits), scheduling via Sprout, and tracking performance. Collaborates closely with Creative, Community, and Ecommerce teams to surface top-performing ideas, manage influencer partnerships for global campaigns, and safeguard a consistent brand voice in flawless English and Spanish.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Design, present, and maintain a multi-channel content strategy and calendar for international markets (Canada, Mexico, and others) that aligns with marketing goals, secures monthly approvals, and ensures a smooth, coordinated workflow by collaborating closely with Project Management on all content deliverables. Create, edit, and localize visual assets, copy, and videos along with support the team for Spanish translations, while guiding creative team members, when needed, to ensure accuracy. Schedule and publish all content on the selected platforms (using Sprout) to guarantee timely and error-free execution. Manage and update social profiles (bios, links, banners, pinned posts, profile images), so they always reflect the brand identity. Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Creative, PR, and Community teams to integrate paid campaigns, UGC, and promotions, using insights from each area.

Manage influencers and creators:

source talent, negotiate terms, formalize contracts, and oversee authentic, engaging content for international campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaigns we support to extract key metrics, and deliver reports with actionable recommendations to improve future strategy. Partner with Community Managers to review top-performing content and replicate successful assets in upcoming calendars, driving continuous learning and stronger results. Protect the brand voice and stay on top of trends in both languages, crafting persuasive copy in Spanish and English and tailoring content for domestic and international audiences. Shoot and edit content in-house for UGC-style monthly content, collaborating with different creative and social team members when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Editing Skills:

Basic proficiency with video editing apps such as CapCut (or similar).

Platform Mastery:

Deep working knowledge of Facebook, X, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Toolset:

Familiarity with Sprout, Meta Business Manager, or comparable social-media management platforms (nice to have).

Global Mindset:

Passion for multicultural markets and cultural relevance in content.

Work Style:

Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments; receptive to constructive feedback.

Soft Skills:

Quick, strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication especially Spanish copywriting.

Education and Experience:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

3-4 years managing social-media community engagement for a reputable brand.

Languages:

Native level fluency and grammatical precision in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
